This site exists to help you plan the entertainment for an event in Singapore as one programme, with one team behind it.

Who we are

Singapore-Event-Agency.com is an event entertainment service based in Singapore. We plan and book emcees, live bands, singers, DJs, dancers, magicians, cultural shows, lion dance, LED and specialty acts for corporate events, company dinner and dance nights, gala dinners and award nights, product launches and roadshows, weddings, private parties, and Chinese New Year and Christmas events.

What we do and do not do

We plan the entertainment: the running order, the emcee, the music and the feature acts, the cues and the timing against your venue. We do not sell venues, catering or decor. We work with your venue's banquet and technical teams, or with your planner, so the entertainment fits their schedule.

How we work

You talk to one team from the first message to the last song. We deal with the performers ourselves, without a second agency in between and without a booking commission on top, and we stay in charge of their rehearsal and their cues on the day. When a performer cannot make it because of illness, we find a replacement and brief them on your programme.

How a booking works

You send the date, the venue, the guest count, the type of event and your budget.
You get act options and a quote within a working day, with photos and videos of performers who are free.
You agree the acts, the running order and the set times, and pay a deposit to hold the date.
On the day, the acts arrive early, set up and perform to your running order.
