Singapore-Event-Agency.com plans and books the entertainment for corporate events, company dinner and dance nights, gala dinners, product launches, weddings and private parties in Singapore. You tell us what the event is for, how many guests are coming and how the evening should feel. We suggest a programme, book the emcee, the music and the feature acts, agree the details with your venue and keep every act on time on the night.

Price: entertainment for a corporate event or dinner and dance in Singapore usually costs SGD 3,000 to 8,000 for 150 to 300 guests, and SGD 8,000 to 15,000 or more for a full production with a band, dancers, an emcee and staging. See what event entertainment costs in Singapore.

One programme, not a list of acts

Most events do not need one performer. They need the right act for each part of the evening: background music while guests arrive, an emcee who keeps the speeches and the lucky draw moving, a moment that makes the room stop, and a dance floor at the end. Booking these separately means several contracts, several arrival times and nobody in charge when a set runs long. We plan them as one running order, so every changeover is timed and every act knows its cue.

Events we plan entertainment for

Corporate events. Staff parties, conferences, networking evenings, family days and year end events. See corporate event entertainment.

Dinner and dance. The annual company D&D, from the opening act to the lucky draw and the last song. See dinner and dance entertainment.

Gala dinners and award nights. An opening moment, one or two segments between courses and a finale that fits around the awards. See gala dinner entertainment.

Product launches and roadshows. A short, visual reveal for the press and the room, and live elements that stop shoppers at a roadshow. See product launch entertainment.

Weddings. The whole day mapped out, from the solemnisation to the after party. See wedding entertainment.

Private parties. Birthdays, anniversaries and home, rooftop or yacht parties with two or three acts across the night. See private party entertainment.

Chinese New Year and Christmas. Company dinners with a lion dance and lo hei, and office Christmas parties with a Santa segment. See festive event entertainment.

Direct with the performers

We work directly with the performers rather than through a second agency, so the quote stays close to the performer's own rate and we control rehearsal and timing on site. There is no separate booking commission. If a booked act falls ill, we arrange a replacement. Before the event we check the venue's sound curfew, power, stage size and load in time, because those decide what can actually happen on the night.

Good to know

Questions people ask

What does an event entertainment agency do?

It plans the entertainment for the whole event, books the emcee, the music and the feature acts, agrees the running order and the technical needs with your venue, and keeps the performers on time on the night. You deal with one team instead of several separate suppliers.

How much does event entertainment cost in Singapore?

Entertainment for a corporate event or dinner and dance usually costs SGD 3,000 to 8,000 for a mid-size event of 150 to 300 guests, with an emcee, a live band or DJ and possibly one specialty act. A full production with a live band, dancers, an emcee and staging usually costs SGD 8,000 to 15,000 or more. Venue, food and AV are quoted separately.

How far ahead should we book?

Four to eight weeks for a standard weekday corporate event. Eight to twelve weeks for December and the month around Chinese New Year. Six to nine months for a company dinner and dance in November or December, and three to nine months for a wedding.

Do you plan dinner and dance nights?

Yes. A company dinner and dance is the event we plan most often, with an emcee, a live band or DJ for the dance floor, feature acts between the speeches and a run sheet agreed with the hotel.

Can you plan the entertainment for a wedding too?

Yes. We map the whole day, from music during the solemnisation and the cocktail hour to the march-in, the yum seng and the after party, for Chinese, Malay, Indian, Western and mixed weddings.

How quickly do we get a quote?

Usually within a working day of receiving the date, the venue and the guest count, with a shortlist of performers who are free on your date.
